1. Understand the problem

Tell us how things work today, who’s involved, which systems you use and what you need to change. You don’t need a full specification for the first conversation.

2. Agree the first steps

We agree what to deliver first and how we’ll work: a fixed scope, or ongoing sprints if the work suits it.

3. Review working software

You see the software as it takes shape and give feedback while changes are still easy. We agree how you’ll test and sign off each part.

4. Handover and support

We document the system and how it’s deployed, and hand over the source code. If you want, we keep supporting it after launch.
